I have always been intrigued by the practice of meditation, but my inner(critic) would also remind me that I dont know how to mediatate, therefore I would feel defeated before I even tried it.Upon the encouragement of my girlfriend Korey I recently attended"Seduction of Spirit"meditation retreat, in beautiful Sedona Arizona.

So, the above journal page I created upon my return from Sedona, I experienced many healing interactions, but by far the most rewarding was finding my voice, feeling safe to express my feelings and needs- feeling my throat chakra release and my heart open.
Interestingly enough the throat chakra is a channel of creativity
( among other empowering gifts)
I realized I could meditate before I create and listen to my soul, open and expand the flow
and witness what the universe has to tell me::::
More to come, I can feel it!
