button button:: who's got a button?

Had the most fun at Jackie's art meet up last tuesday- she provided all the materials

(a ginormous collection of uber cool buttons) wire , fabric and instuction on how to make these button bouquets. At first I was miss planny pants trying way to hard to match them up- then I found the best approach was just to just let it be and that's when I couldnt stop making them;)

She had this old quilt that we cut the leaves from and vintage tutu for the tulle:::: come join in the fun- it's once a month - it's free, and Jacks has EVERYTHING your heart desires when it comes to embellishments and vintage ephemera, inspration gallore
and an AMAZING studio to play play play

I donated this "Vintage Abundance" necklace to Haiti by hand::::: Rebecca Sowers Online etsy shop- The entire purchase price of every item in this shop goes directly to the relief and rebuilding efforts of Haiti By Hand in Despinos, Haiti.
Feel so very blessed to be connected to women who are proactive in their outreach to help others in need. The gift of creativity brings about a spirit of sharing, encouragment and unity
How totally blessed is that?

More Heartfelt makings:::::

Soldered, stamped & filed my feelings into a complete euphoric expression
Growth and change are upon me, and pounding that into the metal felt so GOOD
It started to take on this earthy raw feel- how appropriate;)

the second I had growth out the way along came smitten, isnt that like the best feeling-like you are so deep down happy and all lovey dovey, I am quite smitten with myself lately;)

The heart link was disconnected but made stronger with solder
making it stronger than before the break:::::

matters of the heart, and how we engage bring us messages and clarity
