My new obsession;)

I have always admired Deb's silk flowers- she makes them the best by far:::: she shared her technique with me and now I cant stop making them!

Deb also turned me on to this fabric, It is absolutely wonderful working with this type of silk, it has a sheen to it that is so vintage.
We played with some painters drop cloth and made a soft chain, this pretty little lady will be available at Paper Tales after the 17th of July- I plan to doll her up with vintage jewels and buttons , Thank you Deb for inspiring me so, you are a true Gem

Deb is a great teacher and person. Your roses look so real and I love the rhinestone in the middle. Have a great weekend. Ciao Rita

Hello, sweet sis!
I love your roses!!! What a beautiful idea for the neck piece! I can just envision the jewels and bling you will be adding. I hope you will post updated photo's!
I've been so remiss in posting to my Blog...I am so embarassed! Really, there is a reason...my Etsy and vintage hair combs have really taken off! No complaints, but between my 'grown up' job and the website I have not had any free time for months! lol
Oops! I didn't mean to make this about me. Sorry!
I so love your artistic talent, Janie. Your passion and personality come through to your art and it is always inspiring.

Love you,

Deb
