yes I am yelling it out::: ART JOURNALING ROX!I am so excited, and I owe it all to Joy for suggesting it to me when we met at Papertales last Friday
If you havent seen this fab magazine yet you should, I bought mine at Papertales along with a zillion other goodies I couldnt live with out;)
anyway, its fun - easy and therapeutic, like releasing all the "busy thoughts" that have a tendency to haunt us all day
